Set up your club’s scale —white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and black— and, if you use them with the youngest, the two-colour intermediate belts. Every promotion goes into the judoka’s history with its date, with their attendance alongside, so you reach the next grading with data.
Organise gradings by session: review each candidate’s attendance and history with your coaching team and record the result. The new belt goes onto the judoka’s profile. Dan grades, awarded by the federation, are also stored with their date.
Organise classes by age and level, take attendance from your phone at the start and keep the parents’ or guardians’ contact details on each child’s profile. Attendance and belt progression can be checked from the student portal.
Judoka check in with a QR code on arrival or the coach takes the register from their phone. In classes with limited spots —development squads, competition randori or full kids groups— each judoka books their spot from their portal, with a capacity per class and a waiting list when it’s full.
Many judo clubs teach on their own mat and also in schools or sports centres. DigitalDojo manages multiple locations: each class with its venue, timetable and coach, and each judoka with a single profile even if they change group. In September you import the list from Excel and see who continues the season.
Record cash and bank transfer payments, or collect fees automatically with Stripe or by SEPA Direct Debit. Reminders flag outstanding fees and before closing the month you see which are missing. Payments, grades and attendance share the same profile.
Book the next class, check their payments and follow their progress. A simple experience, with your dojo’s name and logo.

Gym software handles fees and timetables well, but a judo club also needs its kyu and dan scale, the kids’ intermediate belts, grading sessions and age groups. Ask any software to show you all that with your club’s data before you decide.
DigitalDojo costs €29.99 + VAT a month with unlimited judoka and no commission of its own on your fees.
