How much does DigitalDojo cost?
€29.99 a month plus VAT, or €299 a year plus VAT, which works out at €24.92 a month. With the welcome offer, the first 3 months of the monthly plan cost €9.99 plus VAT. It’s a single plan with unlimited students and every available feature included.
Does the price include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT; 21% VAT is added to the invoice.
Is there a student limit?
No. You pay the same with 10 students as with 500, and you can add disciplines, classes and instructors at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel?
There is no minimum term on the monthly plan: you can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Periods already invoiced are not refunded. After cancelling, your data stays available for 30 days so you can export it.
How does the free trial work?
When you sign up you get a 7-day free trial with every feature. You don’t need a card to start. There is no automatic charge: when it ends, you decide whether to subscribe. If you send us your spreadsheet, we load your students.
