Frequently asked questions about DigitalDojo
Can I try the software before paying?
Yes. You start on your own: create your academy in the app and get 7 free days with every feature, no card and no automatic charge. If you would like us to show it to you first, message us on WhatsApp.
How do I move my students from Excel or another program?
Send us your spreadsheet and we load it for you. It does not need to be tidy, and an export from your current program works too: we check it, load it into DigitalDojo and let you know when it is ready. You can also import it yourself from the app or add students one by one.
Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel?
There is no minimum term on the monthly plan: you can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Periods already invoiced are not refunded. After cancelling, your data stays available for 30 days so you can export it.
Is it for small gyms or only for large schools?
DigitalDojo has a fixed monthly price with no student limit. Whether you have 10 or 500 students, you pay the same and get every available feature from day one. And you start with a 7-day free trial.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Of course. All your data — students, payments, attendance, ranks — can be exported to CSV or Excel at any time with one click. Your data is yours, always. No vendor lock-in.
Is it secure? Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. DigitalDojo fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is stored on servers inside the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest, and we provide tools to manage your students’ consent and rights.
